Job Description
Role Objective / Purpose
This position is to build up a strong and stable team to assist Director to achieve business target successfully.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for develop and maintain overall business relationship with key clients assigned
- Able to communicate and handle the senior levels of the key clients (in addition to their research team) in order to strengthen client relationship
- Overall responsibility for overall quality of all projects pertaining to the key clients assigned.
- Responsible for building knowledge streams for the key clients
- Be the most senior source of advice on technical matters of the team/unit (or able to seek appropriate support in the company or group)
- Delivering actionable insights to clients, including but not limited to healthcare systems, different therapeutic areas, and cultural issue
- Understanding the motivations, interactions and influences of the multiple stakeholders who impact commercial success in the healthcare industry
- Responsible for the overall HR planning of the team
- Responsible for planning the career path of individual sub-ordinates
- Motivate and guide sub-ordinates in terms of the professional career progression
- Responsible for succession plan for his/her position
- Should be consciously developed to assume business responsibility of his/her team and beyond
- With fundamental financial responsibility of his/her team and the key clients assigned
- Part of the management team of the office
- May work as the functional head of a sector, business practice or research type in the company
Person specification
Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above
-
8-10 years marketing research experience
Knowledge (including general and IPSOS specific knowledge):
-
Marketing and Marketing research knowledge is advantageous

Rich management experience is also advantageous
Skill (including technical and people skill):

Excellent Chinese and English both in written and oral
