Job Description

Primary purpose of the position:

Develop and execute the customer marketing plan, customer marketing communication with data insights for the sales teams. Work alongside with Sales & Operations, Consumer Marketing and Product teams to segment, build the value story, marketing and operations capability to drive customer satisfaction, customer growth and revenue per customer. Execute channel/customer marketing strategies and drive ROI for all customer marketing activities.

 

Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations Planning and Implementation

  • Build our brand in the market place and support sales plans
  • Develop & execute annual marketing operations plans (including GTM, Marketing Communications and Market Research) which are aligned with the sales and customer objectives for Hong Kong

Segmentation & Channel Management

  • Create strategic cross-channel marketing that increase order frequency
  • Drive the ongoing reviews of product/initiative effectiveness with a view to continuously improve customer/product alignment to channels
  • Undertake and implement segmentation analysis across all products and initiatives to leverage revenue and customer management opportunities aligned to channel structure

Customer Marketing and Communications

  • Own the customer marketing touchpoints and improve customer metrics—increasing retention, share of wallet, and lifetime value
  • Develop innovative campaigns to elevate signups into users and users into evangelists
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer profiles and behaviour, and use these insights to develop and execute customer marketing and communication strategies
  • Work with Sales to design and deliver tailored product, site and sales skills training as required, through formal sales training and sales kick-offs
  • Develop case studies and market analysis to support general or niche positioning of product value propositions into the market place

Account Management

  • Strategically develop, improve and solidify business relationships with our key customers
  • Introduce multiple marketing solutions to our key customers, act as a strategic partner for our key customers
  • Develop, monitor and lead KPI performance reviews with our key customers regularly; coordinate with other sales team and countries marketing when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in product management, customer marketing or related field
  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or Channel Marketing; ability to deliver the product/service value proposition to customers in varied segments through multiple channels
  • Strong analytical capabilities and excellent numeracy skills with ability to correlate results from data analysis to sales processes and to suggest improvements
  • Experience in market segmentation and analysis along with implementing targeted marketing campaigns for specific segments.
  • Ability and experience to manage and deliver customer advertising and retention campaigns that increase customer satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Experience in digital product management and multi-brand portfolio preferred
  • Excellent communication skill in English & Chinese
