Job Duties:

• Assist in planning and implementation of sales strategies and conducting sales activities
• Conduct market research and analysis. Prepare sales or budget reports
• Monitor the construction progress of sales office and show flats
• Supervise the sales team and monitor the disciplines of property agencies in the sales office and show flats
• Assist in the preparation of sales brochure, advertising materials and launch documents
• Be responsible for the administration of sales related documentation
• Work with different business associates such as solicitors, advertising, designers, contractors and estate agents to ensure the successful launch of the projects
• Conduct briefing for property agencies
• Handle complaints and follow up defect rectification works

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in real estate, marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in property field or related industry
• Outgoing, self-motivated and independent
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
