Job Description

This role of Customer Service Advisor is all about the art of great conversation and making our customers happy – talking to Pret customers via phone, email and social media channels , resolving their queries and complaints, and ensuring they go on to talk about their experience of Pret for all the right reasons. Customer Communications sits at the heart of Pret’s brand and this role is a vital part of our business that can turn a disappointed customer into a huge Pret advocates.

Key areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Respond to contacts across Pret A Manger’s communications channels so that we turn negative customer experiences into positive ones
  •  Work closely with the other departments in order to resolve customers escalated complaints, especially the Food, Safety and Operations teams, Training, Commercial, and Marketing to ensure potential issues and dealt with appropriately, quickly and consistently across all channels.
  • Respond to all customers in an empathic manner whilst dealing with their issue in a confident, professional, unique and positive way
  • Interact with and reward those offering praise and proactively use social interactions to gain new customers/returning ones.

 

Essential skills are

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service, ideally in Catering or F&B industry
  •  Experience of social media management platforms, Conversocial knowledge is desirable
  •  Confident when dealing with sensitive escalated complaints and keeping calm when handling crises
  •  Self-motivated with a passion for doing the right thing
  •  Strong ability to work as part of a team and unaided when necessary
