The incumbent is responsible to set up, oversee and manage business & operations of the medical facilities in PRC which include hospitals, chain clinics, health check centres and beauty centres.

 Responsibilities:

• Draw up business proposals for building the medical facilities such as feasibility study reports, business proposals, cooperation agreements, etc. in accordance with the strategic direction set by Top Management
• Work on financial forecast of medical facilities which includes CAPEX, OPEX, P&L and cash flow, etc.
• Responsible for setting up the medical facilities, from location identification, licence application, design & construction for the facilities, seeking government approval to trial operations, etc.
• Draw up and implement operation plans for the medical facilities including annual budget, business target, standard operating procedures, staffing arrangement, sales & marketing plans, etc.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders including local business partners, government officials, customers, local staff for effective business operations
• Monitor, evaluate and report the business performance of the assigned projects to Top Management & local business partners

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Medicine, Public Health, Pharmacy or related disciplines
• Solid management experience in medical / healthcare industries in PRC
• Experience in setting up or managing chain clinics, health check centres and/or beauty centres a definite advantage
• Sound knowledge of medical / healthcare industry practice, commercial and legal framework as well as relevant regulations in PRC
• Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese including Putonghua
• Based in Hong Kong and require frequent travel to PRC (no less than 10 days per month)
