Our client is a HK-listed top tier real estate developer with a large retail portfolio in Hong Kong, and is now seeking an Assistant DM Manager as a key person to drive the digital marketing strategies to enhance the awareness of the assets & overall brand image.

Main duties and responsibilities

To cope with the business growth, the AM for major upcoming management including:

• Work closely with the marketing team to establish effective digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute all web marketing and display advertising campaigns
• Manage & maintain the database and all social media
• Oversee the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Enhance company image and public consciousness.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have the below skills and experience:

• Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or related degree holder
• 6+ years' digital marketing experience preferably PRC market focus
• Property Developer working experience will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Good business sense & market awareness
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
