Duties:

• Assist in all marketing activities
• Assist in marketing coordination and administration support
• Assist in updating marketing materials for social media and web sites
• Follow up all printed marketing materials including vendor coordination, stock control and scheduling deliveries to user departments
• Provide support in keeping documentation and records in order

 Requirements:

• Completion of Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years' relevant working experience
• Good writing and communication skills in Chinese (and preferably English)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, creative and be a team player
• Practical knowledge in MS Office

*Fresh graduates with sound academic background and part-time working experience will also be considered.

*Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Assistant.
