JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide quality PR and digital consultancy to achieve clients’ strategic plans and objectives.
• Manage multiple accounts and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Achieve agreed client KPIs in collaboration with Account Directors.
• Provide guidance on digital initiatives and best practices to drive growth.
• Mentor and strengthen account team and support the professional growth of Account Executives.
• Support new business pitches and encourage existing clients into the digital space.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a university degree preferably in marketing, digital technology or business-related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing communications in hospitality, luxury or lifestyle industry.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Well-rounded marketing, PR and advertising knowledge.
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Dynamic and inspiring leadership skills to be able to drive and direct team toward successful project completion.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
• Familiarity with web design.
• Keen awareness of market, and opportunities for agency growth.
• China experience and market knowledge is a plus.
