Responsibilities:

• Report to an Account Director
• Work closely with design team, production team and vendors in design and marketing projects to ensure client’s needs and interest are met 
• Follow up client's projects comprehensively
• Assist in the development of the Company’s new division for digital marketing and CRM
• Maintain and develop client database
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, e-Commerce or business related disciplines.
• At least 1-2 year working experience, preferably in design, marketing, printing or customer servicing fields
• Knowledge in digital marketing (such as website development, search engine optimization (SEO) and online marketing) and CRM system will be an advantage
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (incl. Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Able to handle multiple projects in parallel and work under pressure and tight schedule
• Possess of creative mind, independent, initiative, and responsible working attitude is a must
• Proficient in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) and Chinese word processing

 *Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Account Executive/Account Manager
