The client is a respected pharmaceutical company in Taiwan, is now seeking a Product Manager / Brand Manager, Pharmaceutical & Medical (Ethical Channels)(Product Marketing & Product Management) (HKD35k – 50k) to join their growing team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of the marketing plan and manage annual P/L.
• Define the segmentation of the market in Professional Sector (Private Doctor / HA) and overall product lifecycle.
• Responsible for all aspects of the marketing mix (product; place/distribution; price; and integrated marketing/promotion).
• Competition and Positioning: Thoroughly understand competitive offerings and provide the sales team with appropriate positioning and tools stressing relevant differentiation.
• Promotion: Optimize core tools provided by Global Marketing as needed and launch with appropriate localization; training; focus and monitoring.
• Internal Communication: Responsible for creating a clear line of communication between the sales team and all other areas that affect the product such as Global Marketing, RA, QA, etc.
• Involve in Product Trainings

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical / medical related industry
• Solid marketing / product management experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare products
• Exposure to medical professional area e.g. relationship management to Private Doctors / Hospital Authority (HA)
• Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
