KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the formulation of client strategy plans
• Strengthen and expand relationships with their key clients.
• Lead and manage the other members of the Account team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output and team morale (from strategy formulation, creative through to production and implementation)
• Day to day lead for account team, data insights, interactive and creative teams in implementing class-leading solutions and ensure agency resources are used effectively.
• Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business. Keep abreast of all facets of the business, including new business opportunities.
• Is the creative “teams’” main day to day contact, providing direction on creative briefs and generating enthusiasm/trust from the team with which they work
• Is responsible for overseeing the production of all campaigns produced
• Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 6+ years of professional experience with 4A agencies
• Excellent business development and project management skills
• Strong client facing and management skills and able to manage multiple client assignments.
• Ability and proven track record of developing client business.
• An ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
• Strong presentation and oral/ written communication skills.
• Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services.
• Good leadership, management and team building skills.
