Job Description

LBB Asia is looking for a Senior Project Director to manage and develop different brands of LBB customers’ portfolio in Asia. Duties will range from account management, retail management and business development, as well as consulting projects.

 

Key responsibilities

Retail Operations:

  • Follow up daily retail operations and be the key contact for our boutique staff;
  • Establish sales target, communicate them to the sales staff and update dashboards to monitor the performance;
  • Analyze sales and propose solutions for sales increase as well as stock replenishment;
  • Analyze stocks and coordinate the relevant replenishment;
  • Recruit, supervise and appraise the boutique staff;
  • Coordinate staff training and make sure merchandising guidelines are followed;
  • Search and Negotiate new retail locations with shopping’s malls, departments stores.

Marketing:

  • Organize product launches, in-store promotions, staff trainings and events; 
  • Establish a calendar for posting on social media, monitor CRM (email blasts, newsletters) and send newsletter, press releases;
  • Establish Retail Prices.

Account management:

  • Liaise with the principal to evaluate expectations and report on a regular basis;
  • Develop the distribution (retail, wholesale, offline, online) and negotiate commercial terms;
  • Handle key accounts to develop sales.

Consulting projects:

  • Coordinate research and market studies on specific brand segment;
  • Analyze market potential and develop launch strategy for specific brand;
  • Build 3-year financial plan for the brand’s development in the territory (sales, operational costs, marketing budget, P&L, etc.). 

Business development:

  • Identify potential new brands for LBB Asia and evaluate their potential in the Market;
  • Close deals with new brands and negotiate LBB Asia fees.

Territory: Asia

Candidate specifications

  • 10 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales (and over);
  • Knowledge of international fashion & accessories industry is a plus;
  • Good communication skills, presentable, team player;
  • Positive attitude, persistent and assertive, with initiative;
  • Organized, Reliable and Independent;
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  
  • Fluent in English and French, Mandarin is a plus.
