Responsibilities :

• Responsible for P & L, inventory control and oversees day to day retail store operations
• Formulate innovative retail strategies, initiate up-to-date marketing and promotional ideas to drive the sales target
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve the sales target and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Enhance shops operation efficiency as well as to ensure the effective implement of business promotion and marketing programs
• To identify potential store expansion and responsible for new store opening projects
• Good analytical skill, assist to formulate seasonal buying strategy & OTB budget

Requirements :

• Degree holder, solid retail sales operations experience preferable at least 4 years in managerial position
• Dynamic, analytical, strong leadership and independent, a good team player with excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Fashion conscious and trend forward person, proven track record on sales and marketing exposure in fashion & accessories retail industry is an advantage
• Able to meet challenges, occasional travel is required
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
