RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Development team to raise the Army’s profile and expand the corporate partnerships by proactive approach through various platforms, such as quality planning and delivery of corporate partnership engagements and activities, and quality development of corporate partnership promotional materials, etc.
• Conduct research on corporate social responsibility trends to identify potential corporate partners
• Effectively manage the corporate volunteer activities achieving quality relationship cultivation
• Execute the corporate partnership and major donors’ plans in accordance with the Army’s strategies
• Perform any other legitimate duties as assigned by the management

REQUIREMENTS

• An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or other related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Proactive, self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work independently when needed
• A good team player and able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders
• Good interpersonal and communications skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Working irregular hours and overtime as and when required
