Job Responsbilities

• Act as a Project Manager for Digital CRM implementation project to deploy Lee Garden membership app and digital signage in shopping mall.
• Manage project activities together with IT team and CRM vendor throughout the whole implementation cycle.
• Formulate digital and CRM strategy for recruiting new membership and enhance customer journey, and targeted promotions for the loyalty program.
• Develop functional specification for website/ app revamp and change request for program development. Responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of digital campaigns
• Formulate media plans and optimize online channels to drive ROI including banner ad network, SEM, SEO, apps and social media platforms
• Develop and support a wide variety of ad hoc/new information deliverables and analyses
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaign

Requirements

• Project management experience on analysis or data related field is required.
• Facebook ad, Google Analytics and Google AdWords, Google my business experience is required.
• Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator preferred
• Experience in Microsoft dynamics is a plus
• Experience in SEO, SEM will be considered as an advantage
• Experience in retail, online platform, covering China market will definitely be a plus.
• Good understanding and experience in content management and social media marketing
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Eager to learn and passionate in data analysis or digital platform
• 5 years solid experience in digital marketing/ social media and CRM.
