Our client is a global company in the MICE sector.  They are searching for a top notch Business Development professional to join their Hong Kong office who can:

• Identify and develop new clients along with looking after existing clients 
• Respond to RFPs and create proposals with quality concepts and realistic budgets in line with clients requirements  
• Explore new business opportunities and bring in new clients 
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on delivering the promise and ensuring the expectations are met
• Account management for key/high potential accounts to grow the business with the clients and to enhance stickiness.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at an experiential, digital, media, integrated or consulting agency
• Have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• A curious mind with entrepreneurial spirit
• Be proficient in consultative selling
• Have good corporate client contacts in Hong Kong a bonus 
• Fluency in English, written and spoken is a MUST, Mandarin/Cantonese a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), additional knowledge in design and architecture software a plus
