Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide general clerical & secretarial support to the sales & operation team
- Handling phone calls, documentation and administrative duties
- Communicate with internal operation team to ensure a smooth running of the process
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- F.5 standard or above;
- Good telephone manners, punctual, team player, responsible, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
