Job Description

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Guide, support and train regional and local country teams in online analytics as the subject matter expert and evangelist
  • Manage the overall delivery of a variety of analytical tasks and projects ranging from simple dashboard reporting to segmentation exercises
  • Design and implement a process to ensure consistent quality and accuracy of analytics results
  • Address data inaccuracies that arise by tracing root causes to source and managing engineers to resolve issues
  • Manage the development and maintenance of ongoing reports summarizing the performance of various websites
  • Conduct project-based funnel analysis to measure customer behavior and website performance
  • Taking a data-based approach, identify enhancements and optimization opportunities for website design and functionality
  • Manage the develop a framework for analytics-driven A/B testing
  • Merge and manage various data sources spread across different systems and glean meaningful trends and insights
  • Create management reports that include written and rich graphical representation of analysis for easy comprehension

 

 Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in eCommerce, online management or data-science related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on online analytics experience with Regional exposure or MNC companies
  • High proficiency in MS office, Google Analystics are definite advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other Asian languages would be an advantage
  • Experience in conducting funnel and customer pathway analysis, with executable recommendations
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning skills and have a well-organized approach to prioritizing deliverables
  • Must be a self-starter who can own and manage the Analytics function in the organization with minimal supervision
