Your duties:

• Understand clients’ requirements & expectations in order to provide WOW solutions
• Coordinate and prepare pre-sales material such as presentation and mock-up
• Own projects from detail planning to smooth execution, coordinate with other team members, suppliers and contractors to ensure only high quality works that meet clients’ needs are delivered
• Responsible for production schedule and budget control, keep clients and all relevant parties updated
• Use different methods to promote the company and to generate sales lead
• Own the e-channel, take care of content of the social media platform and online promotion

What we are looking for from you:

• Higher diploma or above in business, marketing, communications , advertising, public relations, media studies, journalism, graphics, multi-media or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, account servicing, project management, or event management
• Passionate to develop career in the consulting or service industry, willing to learn, open minded, curious and have a strong can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good project management, research, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detail mind, good observation, energetic, self-initiated and self-motivated
• Be able to work under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is highly preferable
