Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Publishing Department including meeting minutes, document preparation, compiling and collating information;
• Perform secretarial support to General Manager such as arranging appointments, meeting room booking and answering phone enquiries
  
• Provide daily general administrative and clerical support to Management
• Communicate with both internal and external parties for daily business coordination

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years experience;
• Presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Able to communicate effectively with different parties
• Customer oriented, enthusiastic and highly motivated.  Be initiative, with positive working attitude, responsible, detail minded, self-motivated, hardworking and dedicated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Able to work under pressure
