Job Description

Our client is one of the leading financial institutions and they’re now investing heavily on digital technology. They are now looking for veteran Directors in Digital Strategy for its Distribution Channels & Customer portals respectively. They will be is accountable for creating and delivering digital strategies and roadmaps for partnership platforms with the adoption of Human Centered Design (HCD).

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Create and deliver the digital strategy and roadmap to ensure the 5 year strategic plan objectives are achieved 

• Establish relationships across the Group and BUs to ensure buy-in and timely adoption of the digital roadmaps 

• Deliver a ‘best in class’ digital experience across corporate Distribution Channels as measured by customer satisfaction and NPS 

• Ensure all digital design work has gone through the HCD framework so that design hypothesis has be validated 

• Establish credibility as the ‘go to’ person for external best practice in Digital Customer Platforms experiences delivered by other organisations 

• Ensuring technology partners and enablers have been fully leveraged across the value chain of our distribution channels 

• Lead the team to ensure our roadmap deliverables are achieved on time, on budget and quality.


Skills and requirement:

• 10+ years experience in delivery best in class digital experiences across a range of distribution channels within complex international environments, preferably in insurance or financial services sector

• Proven experience in managing cross functional teams and adept at stakeholder management

• Creative and critical thinker, natural leader and experience in managing and mentioning diverse cross-cultural teams within complex environments

• Understand the complexities and challenges of the organisation, integrated processes, information and technologies to develop future state best in class experiences to best realise organisational strategies

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with key internal and external stakeholders

• Innovative and creative self-starter, highly motivated, business savvy with strong people skills

• Experience and exposure to HCD and technologies such as AI, Biometrics and other technology enablers

• Experience in a techno-functional domain is an added advantage
