Requirement:

• Form 5 or above
• Good communication skills in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• At least 2 - 3 years paper work experience
• Must be hard working, responsible, pleasant personality, well-organized, self-motivated and attentive to details and figures.
  
• Detail-minded and organization skills
• Self motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
• PC Knowledge (excel is a must)
• Able to travel China

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage customer database
• Customer filing
• Produce marketing materials to distribute to customers
• Handle overseas orders and monitor production process
• Responsible for sales operation
• Follow clients orders, in organized manner
• Prepare invoice and quotations
• Assist all exhibition work
• Handle shipping documents independently
• Attend & provide support to jewellery exhibitions (Hong Kong)
• Prepare spreadsheet of client orders independently
• Cooperate and assists with all department
• Monitor manufacturing progress and shipment
• I/E document trade link knowledge
• Provide sales and administrative support
• Coordinate with customer and internal logistic department
• Willing to travel to mainland China for order follow up, if necessary
• Report to Manager
