The Roles:

Reporting to Merchandising Manager, you are going to assist in handling product development and purchase orders to ensure efficient services to clients across Asia Pacific:

• Work with our factories for new product development;
• Prepare quotations, samples orders and purchasing orders;
• Data input in ERP to maintain data quality and efficient filing;
• Arrange shipment in/out to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of inventory;
• Prepare and tracking reports of product development, samples, purchasing orders, deliveries and inventories;
• Increase satisfaction with internal stakeholders and external and reduce complaints to increase sales growth;
• Support other ad hoc tasks for supply chain and sales support.

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above;
• 3 years or above working experience in Sales Admin, Logistics and Customer Services fields, wholesale and/or merchandising experience ideally from F&B, tableware, cutlery, glassware or luxury products;
• Hands on skills in product development, sample and production follow up etc.;
• Good IT skills and proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
• Detail-minded, good analytical, strong problem solving, very well organized and result oriented;
• Proactive, willing to learn, hardworking.  Enjoy working in a team and also able to work autonomously and under pressure and deadline; 
• Occasional traveling to PRC and Malaysia is required;
• Immediately available is preferable.
