Requirements: 

• Minimum 7 years merchandising experience in fashion bags, cosmetic bags, sport bags and kids bags
• Solid experience in sourcing, sample/product development, and orders follow up with South and North regions of China
• Good interpersonal skills to contact directly overseas customers and suppliers
• Experienced in both US & Europe market
• Experienced in bag cost breakdown
• Record of supplier base.
• Trading office background (Manufacturing Experience is a Plus)
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
• Pleasant and outgoing personality  
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Frequent travel to suppliers in China is required
