Responsibilities:

    

• Responsible for product group (Houseware, Glass, Porcelain Gift....) sourcing activity
• Manage quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier
• Effectively communicate with an internal parties (Buyer, Quality, CSR, Packaging & the Logistic dept), and external parties
• Follow up the production process from confirmation to shipment, with problem solving skills
• Be proactive in anticipating issues
• Support the department’s product development process
• Provide support to Department head

    
Requirements:

• At least Higher Diploma or above
• 2 years relevant working experience preferably from sourcing/buying offices, working with consumer products.
• Strong desire in working with people from different nationalities
• Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently, must be self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and willing to learn.
• Good command of English/Mandarin and proficient in MS office
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable
