Responsibilities

• Manage the OTB and merchandise assortments for all stores in Hong Kong and China
• Ensure a balanced assortment mix is available to optimize the sales of each retail store and a proper corporate brand image is projected
• Monitor and ensure the buying is properly handled with positive results
• Communicate with retail stores and monitor inventory levels and sales
• Monitor product launch and price study
• Provide and deliver fashion knowledge and product training to all frontline staffs
• Provide regular seasonal, customer & market reports and analysis
• Assist in order ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• University graduates in Fashion Design, Textile or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years' solid buying, OTB planning and inventory management experience in high-end fashion
• Excellent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of fashion trends with proven track record in luxury retail industry, preferable in menswear
• Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and organization skills with retail service mindset
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Positive and have a flexible work ethic with a self-starter mentality
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Overseas travel is required
