Shipping Coordinator

Responsibilities; 

• Handle Sales orders, liaise closely with suppliers and customers for delivery confirmation
• Coordinate with factories, customers and forwarder agents logistics for Import, Export/Local delivery
• Responsible for full set of shipping documents including L/C document, Licensing and Form A
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs
• Manage and maintain system’s master accuracy
• Update order report and material report periodically
• Provide clerical support to the team

Requirements;  

•   F.7 or above
•   PC knowledge in MS word, Excel, and Chinese typing
•   Minimum 3 year relevant experience
•   Good command in both English and Mandarin
•   Willing to learn
•   Detail-minded
•   Responsible and able to work independently
•   Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
