Job Description
The Job:
- Source new suppliers and products, & price negotiation
- Follow up complete process on handling customer enquiries, RFQ process, sampling, tracking production and assuring on-time shipment
- Organize samples and packaging in accordance with Migros' quality requirements
- Organize and attend yearly buying trips
- Visit suppliers, factories and trade fairs
- Daily communication with overseas buyers and make presentation to buyers
- Support buyers for decision making
The Person:
- Higher Diploma or above, with English and Chinese passed in HKCEE/DSE
- 3 to 5 years of Merchandiser experience
- Strong technical expertise on Outdoor Furniture products category
- Experience on RFQ process
- Familiar with quality requirement in Europe market
- Europe buying office experience is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua. English standard with IELTS Level 5 is an advantage.
- Confident on making presentation in meetings
- Conversant with MS Office 2010 (i.e. Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Diligent, pro-active, detailed-mind and good time management skill
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skill and good team-player
- Willing to travelling
- Immediate available is preferred
