Job Duties:

• Work closely with buyers and factories independently on a daily basis.
• Good organization skills of dealing with requirements from buyers.
• Daily communication with suppliers.
• Keep track on production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle substantial projects independently.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma preferable.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Detailed-oriented, flexible, good problem solving skill.
• Willing to travel as needed.
• Immediate available will be a great advantage.
