Responsibilities 

• Provide leadership and direction to merchandising team
• Follow up merchandising process from client servicing, product development, supplier sourcing, vendor selection and quality management to product delivery

Job Requirements

• Degree in Garment, Merchandising, Textile or related disciplines is preferable
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in both garment merchandising for ladies' woven and woven fabric sourcing & new development, in which 3 - 5 years at the same level
• Strong woven fabric sourcing networks
  
• Experience in serving US buyer
• Experienced in handling premium quality fashion brands is preferable
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Divisional Merchandising Manager
