Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for constant sourcing activities including new product and supplier searching, quality and price comparison, sample comparison, price negotiation, factory evaluation etc.
• Study all responses from different suppliers by analyzing / benchmark the products for choosing the best offers
• Propose, modify and validate a purchase transfer schedule (factory visits, showroom, etc.) in harmony with the needs of the buyer and in collaboration with the Sourcing Manager
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the supervisor
• Build and maintain excellent supplier relationship

Job Requirement

• Diploma / College or above qualification
• Relevant sourcing experience in Outdoor Furniture/ Gardening/ Electric Seasonal is a must with a good supplier database
• Previous experience with technical background and cost breakdown are preferred
• Willing to travel
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and organization skills
• Proficient in MS Office application (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Good command of English and Mandarin
