Job Description

•   Develop Corporate Quality Policy, Guideline and procedures, strategic planning of QA initiatives

• Lead a team of QA to provide system setup, system audit, training, product inspection services
• Identify quality risk and provide advice
• Lead QA projects, e.g. quality cost reduction, enhancement of quality management system, etc.
• Analyze and utilize data from a variety of sources to report quality performance and trends
• Develop and implement TQM programs inclusive of education, training and promotion the concept of “Quality is Everyone’s Responsibility”

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Manufacturing or related discipline

• Strong in Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and related industrial standard such as US/EU market standards & international safety standards

• Strong in quality tools, e.g. statistical technical, 7-tools
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills, Over 8 years supervisory experience in textile manufacturing with minimum 5years in handbags
• good knowledge in US and European market including factory audit and product testing
• Able to investigate quality issues, identify root cause and generate corrective action plan in a timely manner
• Respond to all quality issues in factory and daily operation
• Liaise with internal and external parties in dealing with issues related to quality, product safety, reliability and compliance.
• Good communication & Strong leadership
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Daily travel to SZ/PRC
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant QA Manager
