Job Descriptions:

• Directly report to the Managing Director
• Source new product and suppliers
• Handle general food and wine import documentations; delivery and inventory control
• Communicate closely with internal and external parties
• Plan and execute promotion activities
• Other ad hoc project as assigned

 Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Japanese food
• Familiar with Japanese culture
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in both spoken & written Japanese will be an advantage
• At least 5 years working experience in Food industry
• Willing to travel

Benefits:

• Salary: negotiable (HK$20000 to HK$25000)
