Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement and manage procurement processes / procedures including standards for different vendor types and tender requirement based on Society Procurement Policy to achieve cost effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure procurement procedures are being conformed
• Supervise the development and maintenance of the supplier database

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma or Degree with 5 years or above relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or other related disciplines
• Solid training and supervisory in procurement or supply management
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good IT skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience of working in the non-profit organizations sector or public body, with hands-on experience of handling complex tender documentation and processes
