The incumbent will support MBHK business in IT initiatives to ensure on-going process improvement and business continuity, including but not limited to application implementation, business process reengineering and systems automation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 1st level application support for importer management and customer service systems. Manage and escalate case to 2nd Level regional Support/ External Vendor.
• Offer operational support and manage business user enquiries, system changes request and follow up production problems. Manage application controls for audit purpose;
• Manage and work with global and regional project teams for new application initiatives.
• Establish strong business partnership with key stakeholders in the following functional areas: Customer Services, Risk & Compliance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing Communication, and Technology. Work closely with the stakeholders across project status, updates, and manage their expectations.
• Manage stakeholders and resources in project planning, business requirement collection, change control, user acceptance test and implementation. Report project status regularly stakeholders and management;
• Reflect local business needs into technical initiatives striving for business goals;

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in IT projects, Business Analysis and application support
• Strong team player with great interpersonal skills to collaborate well within a team based over multiple sites
• Proactive, good problem solving skills with good command of English and presentation skills with a service mindset
• Quick learner to pick up new technologies individually;
• Highly analytical and organized with strategic planning capabilities and strong time management
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle, Business Process Improvement, Project Management and System Deployment, Testing Management, CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems;
• Experience in Autoline System, Dealer Management System and Importer Management System will be advantageous;
• Professional Project Management Certification ( PMP/Agile/ Prince2) preferred
