Job Description
Job Duties:
Assist in handling the company secretarial documents such as prepare annual return, minutes and etc; and provide general administrative support to the team such as photocopying, filing and etc.
Requirements:
- F.7 or above (preferably with at least 2 years Company Secretarial experience in CPA firm);
- Good command of Cantonese and English;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Proficient in CSA System
