Your responsibilities

• Collect the required data for analysis and summarize for reporting in timely manner;
• Coordinate with various departments or offices within APAC Region for dedicated project and tasks;
• Follow up and trace the pending inquiries on tenders, trouble cases and projects etc.;
• Handle urgent requests while Department Head is on business trip;
• Handle travel arrangement e.g. ticket and hotel booking, for the Department Head;
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Department Head

Your qualifications

• Degree holder;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding industry;
• Experience in coordination and analysis preferred;
• Familiar with Intra-Asia is a plus;
• Strong statistical and analytics skills, and problem solving skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and presentation skills;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
• Mature, independent, outgoing and highly motivated;
• Well organized and ability to prioritize and schedule tasks;
• Proficiency in MS office especially MS Excel;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
