Job Duties:

Report to Marketing Director, successful candidates will be responsible for building and launching new products in different sales channels by locating, developing and defining business strategies

• Assist in developing and implement marketing plans and strategies for B-to-B channel, including sales promotions programs and customer retention programs
• Liaise and work close with Mannings chain stores to ensure planning and implementation of key promotional activities in the stores
• Develop new accounts in OTC channels
• In charge of marketing plan and strategy execution including ATL, BTL and promotion activities to ensure advertising and media activities are aligned with objectives
• Increase brand awareness by develop POP, design display and promotional materials, website and social media  
• Analyze and evaluate results of all marketing activities to ensure effectiveness

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience, experience in B-to-B or OTC with FMCG beauty care or health care products
• Well-connected with beauty bloggers and strong sense on social media will be add advantage
• Result oriented, able to drive the process within deadline for sales achievement
• Strong business sense, be able to create strategic and tactic ideas
• Independent, problem solving with positive attitude; good communications and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure independently in multiple project environments
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Power Point
• Fluent in English & Chinese, verbal & written
• Immediate available preferred, candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
