Job Description
Job Duties:
- Responsible for handling all leasing and promotion matters of shopping arcade, office units and serviced apartments
- Handle new lettings and renewal cases, liaise and negotiate with agents / potential clients and tenants
- Conduct marketing research, cold calls and rental proposal
- Prepare budget and cost control reports
Requirements:
- University graduates in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related discipline
- 3 years' or above relevant experience
- Able to work independently
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Familiar with the application of Chinese word processing, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop are preferred
- Self-motivated and mature with good communication and presentation skills
