Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible to develop and manage the Real Estate Sales Team in Oversea;
• Develop effective sales, marketing and leasing strategies for the new development of the Real Estate project;
• Conduct market research and analysis both in sales and rental transaction;
• Plan, organize and implement all sales and marketing activities for projects of the Group, including residential, shopping malls, and office;
• In charge of sales and promotion of residential projects, including sales strategies, management of consultant and agents;
• Organize marketing event for promotion of properties;
• To assist top management in positioning of the projects compile detailed design brief for the existing developments

Requirements:

• Willing to stay in South East Asia country, in order to fully manage the sales forces;
• Over 5 years Sales Management experience in Property Agency or related field;
• Able to train, monitor and develop large scale sales force with effective management skill;
• Excellent sales, communication, analytical and negotiation skills;
• Fluent English communication skill.
