Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibilities for the management of the assigned property portfolio and communicate with head office;
• Lead the building management team to work closely with the vendors to smoothen daily operations and to deliver first class services to all tenants;
• Assist the Senior Management to develop the internal guideline and procedures in accordance to the company needs and ensure the tenants’ satisfaction are achieved;
• Keeps track of all of the expenses and income in order to accomplish financial goals;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experience with at least 5 years at managerial level, experience in managing residential building is an advantage;
• Member of RPHM, CIH, HKIH or other related professional qualification;
• Familiar with the local ordinance, including the Building Management Ordinance and good knowledge of Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance;
• Strong customer service minded with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin;
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager.
