The incumbent will be responsible for handling property leasing and management matters. He/ she needs to review and administer tenancy agreements, license and other related documents. Besides, maintaining leasing database as well as coordinating with internal departments, landlords and building management companies for daily management and site evaluation is needed.

• Higher Diploma graduate or above in Business, Surveying, Property Management or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in retail industry;
• Good analytical and communications skills;
• Familiar with MS Office Application, especially good command in MS Excel;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer.
