The successful candidate will lead a team of resident site staff to provide quality property management services to the owners / tenants of Silvercord, drive the performance of service contractors, prepare annual budget and cost control as well as establish good rapport with owners / tenants.

Requirements

• Degree in Facility Management or equivalent qualification
• Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH preferred
• At least 8 years’ solid experience, of which 4 year gained at managerial level
• Experience in managing commercial / office buildings is preferred
• Conversant with DMC and related ordinances
• Resourceful in problem-solving, strong leadership and equipped with excellent organization and people management skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
