Responsibilities :        

• Manage the whole process of project management         
• To Monitoring the construction progress and quality control        
• Work on initial costing, scoping and planning of the project along with the manufacturing requirement         
• Liaise with contractor for on-site progress and monitor to meet the time schedule        
• Provide professional technical support on project supervision        
• Responsible for all government issues
  

Requirement :         

• Degree holder in Mechanical / building construction / Engineering discipline or equivalent   
  
• 10 years relevant experience in building construction / renovation project management. Experience in Garment factory is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal , leadership and communication skills        
• Strong site supervision skills        
• Self-motivated, detail minded and able work independently        
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin        
• Willing station in Myanmar is an added advantage
