Responsibilities:

• Carry out market analysis on fresh market, establish pricing strategies, tenancy management of leasing renewal, T&Cs negotiation and leasing plan
• Perform day-to-day general administration support including good filing habit for the Team and supervisor
• Co-ordinate the takeover / handover of sites, fitting-out and renovation works
• Work closely with different levels of staff in handling leasing duties
• Maintain good working relationship with landlords, tenants, agencies
• To handle simple enquires and screen calls as appropriate
• To be responsible to type up and proof-read all standard documents including agreements/in-out memos and letters
• To assist in any other marketing projects/activities as instructed from time to time
• Assist in preparation of budget planning and rental forecast
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or related disciplines;
• 3 years’ experience or above in leasing or property management
• Proactive and outgoing with strong negotiation, communications and presentation skills
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin in a must)
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Assistant
