Job duties:

• Responsible for maintaining a high occupancy rate for investment properties in Hong Kong whilst maximizing return on investment;
• Assist in planning, leasing and execution of shopping center development projects including new or renovation projects;
• Undertake budget preparation and rental collection matters;
• Liaise with property management team on management and technical issues;
• Undertake research and study of investment projects;
• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants;
• Handle and coordinate on renovation and fit out works, takeover / handover of premises;
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in leasing of shopping malls with major developers and/ or real estate agencies in Hong Kong;
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong market sense and attention to details;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
