Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the CEO
• Responsible for managing financial planning initiatives including capital expenditure and investment evaluations for new project developments
• Undertake a number of critical projects leading to the continued growth and success of the business, such as driving improvements in management information systems to deliver operational efficiencies
• Build sustainable, differentiated capabilities through proven accounting solutions, deep content expertise and focused innovation
• Focus on talent development, building a strong team of local and remote-site support staff and business process owners
• Manage remote support staff through complex financial systems and processes.

Requirements:

• CA / CPA / CIMA / ACCA qualified, MBA or other business qualifications highly valued
• Big 4 or Consultancy trained to Manager or above grading is a must
• At least 15+ years of relevant experience in multinational organizations, especially in PRC real estate development
• Outstanding track record of driving commercial improvements, and making difficult business decisions to enhance the operational performance of a company
• A strategic business leader able to collaborate and influence cross functionally, outside of the finance community
• An inspirational leader with an energetic, approachable and enthusiastic leadership style, able to recruit, motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be desirable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Director
