Position

We are looking for candidates who are sincere, enthusiastic and professional.  The candidate will need to:

• Support for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits etc.
• Provide administrative support to HR activities, including but not limited to data input and analysis, processing job applications, pre-employment screening, scheduling interviews, conducting employment verifications and maintaining proper records and filing system.
• Compile various reports and analysis for management review.
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of work experience preferably in Human Resources.
• Pleasant, responsible and take initiative at work.
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently in an organised manner.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
