Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administration function, including office supply, office equipment maintenance, printing machines, renovations, etc
• Responsible for HR management
• Provide sales support to sales team and accounting department to enhance workflow efficiency
• Perform overall secretarial duties for the director
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Job Requirements:

• University degree preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferable with trading experience
• Mature, independent, well-organized with excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail, self-motivated, and strong sense of responsibility with a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing is a MUST; computer skills will considered as advantage
• Good command in English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage)
• Working hours 9:30am to 1:30pm Monday to Friday
