Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Top Management to formulate business objectives, evaluate and analyse current brand position, and determine appropriate sales / marketing strategies to achieve revenues and profitability goals
• Manage Sales / Marketing managers, providing long-term visions and directions, driving and motivating the teams to accomplish sales / marketing targets by executing all marketing, advertising and sales promotion initiatives across multi-platforms
• Drive market initiatives (ie: brands building, channels development), supervise external agencies (ie: PR, Event, Creative Agency for all marketing events), develop and maintain OTA website platforms and channels to promote and enhance branding
• Explore new business opportunities, formulate expansion tactics, and extend market reach and coverage
• Maximise sales performance by leading sales teams to reinforce customer base, cultivate potential customers, and to increase sales and optimize profitability.
• Be a dynamic sales and marketing leader by demonstrating a proactive and professional approach to sales and marketing teams, implement ethical and best practices in sales / marketing activities, and build lasting rapport with key business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships among internal and external stakeholders, and other market and industry sources.
• Collaborate with PR / Communication team to create digital and social media strategies

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in sales & marketing, business management or relevant discipline
• 10-15 years Sales / Marketing experiences with a minimum of 5 years in senior level leading big sales / marketing teams
• Web and online marketing knowledge and exposure (ie: OTA, Social Media, etc.)
• Multi-branding sales / marketing experience, regional coverage preferable
• Good connection and networking with different marketing channels, social media and OTA channels
• Enriched experience and exposure in developing retail channels and wholesale outlets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Candidate with more experience will be considered senior positions
